How it works

  1. 1

    Choose the table shape

Author two to six rows and two to four columns.

  2. 2

    Add a source if needed

Map one CSV or JSON field to each table column.

The finished widget is a plain image URL inside a link — paste it into your template, or your email editor’s image block, like this:

Example embed snippet

<img src="https://img.dynamail.io/widgets/YOUR-WIDGET-ID/render.png" width="360" height="312" alt="Studio schedule with class days, names and times" />

YOUR-WIDGET-ID is a placeholder — every widget you create gets its own id. This widget uses a static PNG for broad email-client support. Use descriptive alt text so readers can understand the image when images are off or a screen reader reads the email.

Your table uses valid connected data, with your saved rows as fallback. Email clients and their image proxies may cache the PNG after fetching it. No script, no custom HTML, nothing for your email platform to strip out.

What it’s for

  • Schedules — show recurring class days and times
  • Order summaries — show item names, quantities and exact authored amounts

Saved source refresh

  • Refresh follows the source tier

If connected data is unavailable or invalid, the authored rows remain visible.

Stable image URL

Use the saved image URL as-is.

The public render URL does not accept row or cell overrides.

Frequently asked questions

Can a data table use a connected source?

Yes. Connect a public CSV or JSON source, choose a starting row and map one source field to each authored column.

Does the table calculate totals or format dates and currency?

No. Text from CSV stays exact, including leading zeros, times and currency symbols. The table never invents totals or dates.

Will it render in Outlook?

Yes. Data tables use static PNG images, so they display wherever images do, including classic Outlook for Windows.
