Terms of Service

DynaMail (dynamail.io) generates live images — countdown timers, progress bars, gauges, and charts — for use in email campaigns. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

DynaMail is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and as-available, without a service-level agreement or uptime guarantee. Features may change as the product develops.

You agree not to use DynaMail to:

• create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
• send or facilitate spam or other unsolicited bulk email;
• abuse or overload the render API, or access the service in ways that interfere with its operation for others.

You retain ownership of the widgets, templates, and other content you create. You grant us the license needed to host, store, and render that content — that is what the service does.

If you share a template with the community, you grant other DynaMail users a license to view, copy, and adapt it within the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynaMail disclaims all warranties, and our liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced with notice on this site, and the effective date above will be updated.
